Top part in the dashboard (chart and numbers) can be filtered by Form Name or Form Category.

indicate the escalation info in the pdf report export if one form is escalated to another form

for example, form A is escalated to form B. When form A or form B is exported, it doesn't state the information/statement of this escalation (e.g. form A is escalated to form B) in the export PDF.
