Need an easier way to delete PDF from Planset

As you can move PDF's in the PlanSet around by draggin them it would be nice to delete a file as easy. Eiether an option to select and drag to a trash can or a red "x" rather moving all the way across the screen to the 3 dots to find the delete.

when placing the pdf manually I want to define the rotation of north by tracing a line on the north arrow.

PDF Map placement - define PDF scale

when placing a PDF on the map manually I would like to be able to define the the scale by defining two points on the PDF relative to the drawing scale and then type in the Scale value. I should be able to use standard units of measure like - feet ...
