Ability to Tag members in the Comments

It would be great if you could Tag members in comments which would trigger a notification, and discussion

Attachments within Transition Button

It would be usefull to have a way to also include attachments, as we do through the normal PDF export (in a folder for attachments), using the transition button in the workflow

Export PDF without folder if no attachments available
