Customize the notification content for form transition

We would like to customize the email sent when a task is assigned to a roll/individual. The email shows the assigned ID but we would like to add additional informational information to identify what its referencing.

All approvers get notification at the same time and have no indication of what order to follow.

Allow SYNCHRO Control forms to attach documents from Sharepoint repository

Many SP users do not like to maintain 2 data repositories, meaning they do not want to copy documents from SP into SYNCHRO document. They want to be able to attach documents residing in SP

Project wide Forms bindings

We need a project-wide binding that can be assigned values at a project level, and be used across multiple Forms definition/Inspections. This will enable users to re-use repetitive information like Project Details.

Currently, we have to go Form by Form to export a list of Bindings, which is required for Power BI integration. We can add an option to export for all projects here -

This is helpful in instances where the final approval will always be the one that's assigned a closed Form. A good place to disable it would be under Forms > Set workflow > Edit transition button > Advanced > Include comment on transit...
