We are having issues with our Synchro Control project. We can’t connect to the project:

The synchronisation showed an error so I clicked on resubmit and now it is synchronizing for over one hour and we still can’t connect to this project.
How long is this synchronization going to take? And will we lose any data? If yes, could someone send us the backup file from that project from +- 3 hours ago?
