enable creating workflow from scratch without importing one
Currently when a new form is created one needs to import a workflow only then to modify. Please, enable creation of workflow statuses from scratch by providing the "Add new status/step" in the "Set workflow" tab
Thank you for the suggestion. Workflows have a minimum requirement for start states. In order to avoid the possibility of invalid or non-functional workflows, we force the user to start from a template. The Basic workflow has that bare minimum which only has the Open and Closed states.
