This is exactly like the Created By column that we have right now. It show the user name who send the form. This is very common. Like in the Outlook Mail box, we always want to see who is the sender.
Please re-think, but if Dev team think this is not important, It is okay.
What is in audit trail, is difficult to see, and user need to click the form one by one.
This data exists in the audit log. It doesn't exist as a saved item with the form. Also, there could be many interpretations of what this column should contain: system-sent, subscription-sent, etc.
