Add more details to delete attachment dialog

To prevent users from accidentally deleting the wrong attachments, it would be good to add more details to the delete dialog that pops up.


Currently, it just asks the users whether they want to delete the attachment, without an indication to show which attachment is being deleted.


To help users and prevent accidental deletion, it would be good to add details about the attachment similar to the screenshot below.

    A soft delete to recycle bin first is preferred. If above is not possible, please also add warning and notification that the file is permanently deleted and is NOT recoverable through the recycle bin.
