Currently, we can only toggle the mandatory fills to be filled in at the initial state. However, when the form is reassigned and send to the next workflow status, we cannot toggle the mandatory fiels to make sure the next person fill it in.

Thank you for this idea. We are planning to allow mandatory fields per workflow status as a part of a near-term release. We merged this idea with another that requests the same functionality.
