In Synchro™ 4D Pro it is possible to define several Resources Statuses and associate them to a Resource at a defined date. Then, if Color Mode of the 3D View is based on Resource Statuses, when moving the Timeline in the Gantt window of Synchro™ 4D Pro the color of the Resource in the 3D View will be the one of the status associated to the Resource for the concerned date. To be noted: these Resources Statuses are independent from any Task mapped to the Resource. See example in attached document: 076187K013-4DMS-SP-425_Rev0_Func_Spec_4DReview.pdf.
In Synchro Control, from the Schedule functionality, when selecting Status view it is required to select a Task to display the Resource status (as shown in attached document). This behavior seems to be inconsistent with the one of Synchro™ 4D Pro, the status of a Resource being independent of the Task associated to the Resource. How Synchro Control behaves when several Tasks are associated to the same Resource ? Moreover it seems not possible to see, in Synchro Control, the status of a Resource changing when moving the timeline, only one status can be displayed.
It is therefore expected to display the Resources Statuses in Synchro Control (from schedule functionality) the same way than in Synchro™ 4D Pro.
