Sometimes we need to create similar types/layouts of forms in a single project and rather than starting from scratch each time, it would be great to be able to copy an existing form (in the Manage Forms section of Admin) to save time.

Thank you for your idea. We believe that this already exists by clicking New and selecting a Design template from the dropdown. That will allow you to quickly generate a form that is a copy of an existing one in the project. We will work to clear this workflow up and make it more prominent to users in a future release.
