When we create a Form in our test environment for testing including the workflow and Printout then bring it to production, I am unable to bring the printout view over with the form even when I select custom and select the printout I created in test. I then must recreate the Printout view over again in production. We need this fixed so I am not constantly creating a print view in test and then recreating in production. I cannot create fake/test forms in production to test to be sure the form is going to print correctly.
I do want and reiterate how important this functionality is and should be implemented as soon as possible. Without this functionality I must duplicate my work and waste precious time on each PDF print view

Thank you for your idea. Printouts are copied with the forms as a part of the provisioning process.
