PRO 6.4 or later allow users to create IWP and linked with Control.
When creating a constraint for that package, model elements associated with the IWP being brought up, snapped to, and centered, shown right next to form creating process allows user to better define the scope and finishing creating the forms.
This is different from model location as IWP is a defined scope for model elements and not a location.
