It would be great if we can have the search function for documents within SYNCHRO Field. We have a client who is about to upload approx. 100 pdfs per day in Control-documents, pdfs which will be opened by inspectors on site. Imagine someone on site trying to find the correct pdf among thousands.

Or a side sliding panel to fill search criteria or from the home page a slide down/up panel
Enable filter at the top of columns like under the Internet Browser, would be another way to ease the search
We are doing vertical project and stadium that require a substantial amount of detail drawings. At one point it was mention that 1000 doc./week may be send to the field crew. ranging from procedure, detail drawings, instructions(for installation and inspection), specifications, report etc.
Has we look at our first deployment of synchro field, Search will be an essential tool as it will help optimize the men-hour consumption relate to find document. It is a common knowledge that CDE/PDM can help reduce time to find the right information in order of 15 to 25%.
any advancement in this area will be really welcome
