Currently the workflow requires a download from the source (PW or project documents) and an upload to plan set. That leaves up to 3 copies of the same file.
I love this idea. It'd be great if plan set and specifications were be an attribute for the files (isPlanSet=yes, isSpecification=yes, etc.) as well as the Plan Set or Specs themselves (PlanSetGUID, etc.). Then there'd be a table for the PlanSetGUIDs with all the plan set attributes (Revs, Discipline, geolocation, etc.).
