Add 'Claim a Form' functionality to demonstrate & communicate a form is owned and being executed by an individual within an assigned Role. Or something similar, as what are the chances of two people simultaneously picking up the same task.

Thank you for your idea. Similar functionality already exists where users can reassign one or many forms to themselves to "claim" them.

A simple workaround to this is to re-assign the form to yourself. That works the same way as the proposed "Claim" functionality.
