Enable the ability to conditionally display or hide workflow steps based on a binding value or other field conditions. Ideally, if a workflow step is not applicable due to the selected value, it should be either hidden or greyed out to prevent user confusion and reduce the chance of incorrect selections.
This would help streamline the user experience by only showing valid options during transitions and improve overall data accuracy.
