User want to share documents and folders from local ProjectWise.
Is it possible to set this?

This feature already exists. It can be accessed by setting up a new connection to a ProjectWise datasource through Documents - Connections. The ProjectWise datasource has to be configured to have the Web Services Gateway (WSG) enabled.
