We use a custom form that allows project team members to raise issues and queries about the works schedule.
When creating a Planning Issue form via the schedule view, it would be beneficial for the Captured Task (ie, the activity IDs and names of the tasks associated with the selected model element) to be inserted automatically into a section of the form.
Then, users with limited P6/schedule/planning experience would still be able to convey useful information to the planning team with anyone having to manually enter the task data.
