I believe it would be beneficial & more clear to have another tab within SYNCHRO Control (along with Tasks, Documents, Forms, Issues, etc) specifically to view and navigate the iModel.

Thank you for this idea. We have now released the ability to view the iModel directly from the project homepage, which we believe fulfils the intention of this idea.
