When using transition we can use property Assigned To . Unfortunately at the moment Form designer only allows to choose one role.
Please, allow multi selection of roles available for the Assigned To binding when used in transition.

you are correct. Assigned users can be used to assign multiple roles.

Just checking this Idea, I think basically Assigned to is to a single target.
If we want to send to multi user, we can use the Assinged Users.
