Grid Controls in Forms

It seems the spacing indicated for Grid Controls are irrelevant as in the forms view the columns are divided equally. On the Printout it works. Can this be fixed?

when a user receives no results they should be prompted to change the search results and even provide a button to help

Add project name to the email generated when assigned a role

It would be very useful to know which project I have been assigned to, and who added me. Not sure if there's a specific privacy reason for not doing so.
