scan multiple documents using synchro

I like the way Dropbox functions and allows several documents to be scanned or uploaded at one time. I do see value in having a function like that through synchro

Two point scale and rotate PDF that are not geolocated

Need a way to locate two known objects on the PDF and then the same spots on the map to move and rotate onto the pdf the map.

Add Contingency Transfer (CT) to contract (similar to Change Order)

CT is a line item in the SOV that is already funded and is used to cover the cost for unforseen conditions. This is not added to the contract or SOV as it is already a line item but the CT would document the use of these funds.
